In 1994 Dawn Penn rock the world with her chart-topping single "You Don't Love Me (No No No)". The single charted in the US, Europe, Jamaica and reached number three on the UK Singles Chart.
Patra first made an impression on the US charts as a featured singer on the Shabba Ranks song, "Family Affair", which hit No. 84 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1994. In 1993, Patra released her debut album Queen of The Pack (#1 on the Reggae albums chart.
Since then there have been numbers of artists climbing up the ranks making it to the top.
One of the biggest Reggae songs ever was done by the world-renown Millie Small titled "My Boy Lollipop" The single which was released in 1964 reaching number two both in the UK Singles Chart and in the US Billboard Hot 100, and number three in Canada. It also topped the chart in Australia.
