Jamaican born songstress, Tanice Morrison was involved in music as early as age 6.

With a blend of R&B, Jazz and Soul, she manages to fuse these elements with her own distinctive style of Reggae Roots.

Creating a unique sound that would set her apart from her musical peers. By the time she was 12, Tanice knew signing was her destiny, and was quite determined to get her break in the music industry. She began taking the music business quite seriously and would write and perform her own lyrics wherever she went.

The former school teacher admits that singing and performing is her true passion. She states that "Music is my place of solace and will always use it to uplift the lives of others." In November 2004, she was part of an opening act for legendary country singing sensation, Kenny Rogers, along side Earnest (Ernie) Smith and Maxi Priest. She has also been on billings with the Marley brothers, Rita Marley, Marcia Griffiths, Capelton, Ken Boothe and others the Studio One 50th Anniversary, in the same year.

Her performance at the Powerful Women and Men in Concert on November 7, 2010, showed off her versatility and creativity as an artiste on the local scene.

With her inspiration coming from legendary music icons such as Marcia Griffiths, Gladys Knight, Mary J. Blige, Anita Baker, Whiteney Houston, Celine Dion and Stevie Wonder. She believes though, that her mother is her greatest inspiration. This female artiste has managed to maintain her musical sense of style and continues to make great and impactful music.
