Jermaine Edwards Aka J Flick/ Ankah Boss to the world

The Ankah Boss garnered his inspiration and love for music from various local as well as international artists; among his favourites are Bounty Killer, Beenie Man and Busta Rhymes.

J Flick has transitioned over the years at the age of thirteen he started his musical career performing rap and hip-hop music in Jamaica, he however soon realized that is passion was with dancehall so he made the switch at the age of seventeen.

His love for the music occasionally drives him to do some hip- pop songs; in 2017 he made his first music video for his song "Yesterday" which can be found on YouTube.

At the age of twenty-one he migrated to Canada, the move was a difficult one as he was doing stage shows, his music was on air in Jamaica and his career looked promising.

While in Canada J Flick met Tuffboyz Entertainment, the relationship was however short lived. In 2017 he changed management and teamed up with LB Entertainment,   his career has been propelling ever since.

He is currently promoting his new single “You a Lead" J Flick ft Vybz now on Eplus and RE TV.  Expect great things as he embarks on his lyrical journey.
