D-Major debut album “It’s Major” now available on iTunes

The debut album from reggae artiste D-Major titled “It’s Major” is now available for purchase on iTunes.

The 18 track compilation spans the genres of dancehall, lover’s rock, cultural tunes and club bangers and has been released on the legendary Penthouse Record label, distributed by VP/VPAL Records.

It features several of D-Major’s well known singles over the years as well as collaborations with Busy Signal and Lady Saw among the new tracks on the album. Physical copies of the album will be available in stores on Wednesday May 28, 2014.

“I’m very excited about releasing this project to the world. We worked long and hard on this album and believe that it will be a favourite with long time D-Major fans and welcome many new reggae music loversshares D-Major on his debut.

The singles “Real Know Real” and “Straight and Narrow” from the album are currently in rotation on local and some international radio stations as far as Africa and Western Europe. The “That's What Loves About” singer will take his show on the road to some of these locations with a summer tour currently being planned.

D-Major has enjoyed success as a reggae artiste with hit songs “Can’t Get Enough” and “Girl of My Dreams” and successful collaborations on “Real Friends” with Christopher Martin and Assassin and “Party Like It’s Your Birthday” with Richie Loop and Busy Signal.
