Deva Bratt
Dancehall Reggae artiste Deva Bratt who's real name is Sheldon Smith was born on July 23, 1979 in Kingston, Jamaica.
Bratt started out in the dancehall business as a dancer in a group called Cool Kids. He later started hanging out with deejays Lazarus and Nicotine and this is when he started to learn the craft of deejaying.
Deva said that artiste such as
Beenie Man and Future Fambo are two of the artists in the dancehall reggae industry that he looked up to.
He is currently working with records labels Krucial Konflick and Must Rich Records.

His first hit singles are "Bungle A Gal" and "Baga Talking" which were produce by Gussy Clarke in 2007.
Deva Bratt is one of the founding member of the Portmore Empire which is now headed by
Vybz Kartel. Bratt leave the crew because of difference with some of the members.
