Ska Legend Eric Monty Morris In Germany for 1st Live European Performance
LEIPZIG, GERMANY, APRIL 7, 2011 In support of his debut album 50 years in the making, "The Living Legends Collection - Eric Monty Morris" (Buckley Records), Ska Legend Eric Monty Morris and manager/producer Sadiki are in Leipzig, Germany for a sold out exclusive European performance.
The Leipzig event aptly titled, Ska got Soul Weekender, is a two-day event scheduled for the April 8th and 9th, 2011 at McCormacks Ballroom, one of Germany's most prestigious venues for live music.
Longtime Eric Monty Morris fans will finally get a chance to see this Living Legend perform for the very first time on European soil.
Morris, known for hits like Penny Reel, Strongman Sampson, Sammy Dead and Oil in My Lamp, is very excited about the current state of his career.
In an interview with Top Jamaican Radio personality Richard "Richie B" Burgess of HOT 102 FM, Morris stated, "It is good to finally have my first album out and to have the people see the face behind the music, I am really looking forward to greeting the people."
