Reggae artiste I Atom makes call for Capleton - I Atom says she is not perturbed about the brouhaha surrounding her mentor Capleton.
“The Capleton that I know would never do something like that. I am
just wishing him prayers and blessings so that he can maintain the
strength to overcome these allegations and clear his name,” I Atom said.
Capleton was recently charged for rape in the Kingston and
Andrew. He was granted bail for $250,000 and is expected to return to
court on June 14.

I Atom recently did a collaboration with Capleton, called Ganja Call. The song was released on the Virtuous Voice Production label, on January 7.
She is encouraged by the reception.
“I am just giving Jah the glory because over the past two weeks,
the views of the video have gone through the roof, and almost daily,
people have been calling me and asking me my opinion about Capleton and
the allegations. But I always feel comfortable around him. In fact, I
feel like a daughter around him; he is always giving me advice; he is
like a father figure to me,” she said.
The video is in rotation on local cable channels.
