Question 1: No I don't think it's wrong

I dont think there's a problem using dancehall/reggae beats to record gospel music.
When listening to a song the words are way more important than the riddim.
If Jesus is being glorified in the song I don't see a problem using the dancehall/reggae beat. "Whosoever offereth praise glorifieth me"-Psalm 50:23
