My General view about dancehall gospel music - In general
by Rachel Scott
We know that this is not the right way to lift up Christ.
Since you ask I will tell you that right now it is the Devil getting the praise, because I dont think for a second we believe that we could be giving those stinge to the High, Holy and Magnificent God that created us. Let's just think for a minute, we are actually sing the Lord's song in a strange land.
We have put God the way we think we would like, but lets go back for a minute, put a chain check our songs and just pretend that the Lord is really now present and is ready to accept your praise and you begin dum, dum dum and ful a lyrics what you think woul happen?
Then the reggae man go on the stage and say party time lets roll it gal dum dum dum you see any difference.
Bottom line Lift Jesus up, respect him, let sef die from the things that are unlike him, and worship Him sacaredly in spirit and in truth. He is not the author of confusion.
We cannot give him the same thing that we give to the devil. The wup up thing not working. It's a connection and relationship in purity with God.Study His words aznd apply them.
We are even more intellingent than we can ever imagine, I sometimes wonder why we are so bright and shed such little light. We have the ability to shiine so shine right.
Don't be offended, we are one if we are in Christ Jesus, and changes never too late to serve in disipleship when we are sincere.
FORGET THIS WORLD AND IT'S NONSENSE, BE DIFFERENT, BECAUSE CHRIST WAS DIFFERENT IN CHANGING THE WORLD. GOD BLESS.
