Minister Marion Hall - I Had Jesus - Marion Hall Ministry / VPAL Music

Marion ‘Lady Saw’ Hall, born 12th of July in Saint Mary, Jamaica, is known primarily as “The Queen Of The Dancehall". She is the first Jamaican female (Dee-Jay) to win a Grammy Award and to be certified a triple-platinum artist. She is also the first woman to headline dancehall shows outside her native Jamaica. Marion was born in Galina, a district in the parish of Saint Mary. She was a tomboy as a child, whatever the boys were doing they had to contend with Marion as a competitor. She especially liked to race wooden karts against the boys while growing up. Marion started out from very humble beginnings, as a result she had to earn her keep way before any young child is supposed to. To help make ends meet Marion had to sell freshly cultivated food to passersby on the road side or homemade artifacts specially geared toward tourists. At the age of 15, she took the name Lady Saw after the famous Jamaican Deejay Tenor Saw, whose style she is said to have been able to emulate. Which coincidentally is what ignited her passion to become an entertainer.

December 14, 2015, Lady Saw completely gave her life to God. HE had been calling her for years. While attending the funeral of another artist, she was convicted by the Lord. Lady Saw is now going under the name, Minister Marion Hall; a name that was given to her by the Holy Spirit hours before her baptism. Washed anew, Minister Hall ministers through scripture and songs; winning souls for Christ. Her main focus is to save abused and battered women and children. Her ministry also includes the homeless and needy. This is her calling, giving God all the glory.

Coming soon, “When God Speaks”. The highly anticipated Gospel album from Minister Marion Hall!
