“It is about loving ladies on a whole, no matter how they look, their shape, size, etc.,” he said, explaining the concept behind the catchy Dancehall track. He chose the topic for a good reason.

“I pick topics that no one really focus on; it really doesn’t matter what area. Everyone sings about women but I took a different route. I won’t degrade or put women down – I believe women deserve all the respect,” he explained.

The accompanying music video will be released later on; in the meantime, the artiste is beaming with pride over the feedback so far, with nonstop radio plays and love from his fans.

Fannah has released previous tracks, which include “One Day”, “It Rough”, “Loving It”, “Back Together Again” and “Gal Dem Tun Up”. As an artiste, he has always kept his focus on creating positive music that resonates with his listeners.

“I don’t have to do two versions [clean/ explicit] of any of my songs. My music can safely be played anywhere,” he said, “I just want to keep putting out music that people can enjoy, while maintaining relevance.”

Fans can expect more from the artiste in upcoming months. He is currently working on new tracks that will be featured on his upcoming EP.

“Gal Dem A Mi Baby” is featured on the Happy Feeling Riddim, which features other artistes such as K. Sling, D’Koncep, Patexx and Tycoon.
