Dancehall artiste Vybz Kartel taken to Kingston Public Hospital

(Jamaica)

Embattled dancehall recording artiste, Adijah 'Vybz Kartel' Palmer, was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital earlier this morning.

Patients visiting the hospital flocked to a section of the institution to get a glimpse of the self-proclaimed ‘World Boss’.

Our sources say that Kartel was dressed in an orange T-shirt, a washed-out jeans pants and wearing orange shoes.

He was also sporting “a freaked-out hair style”.

The source also said that Kartel was later whisked away from the institution in a grey Nissan police motor vehicle.

The Gleaner has been informed that Kartel was taken to the X-ray department of the hospital as he had been having chest pains.

This is pretty common for the public to flock around a worldwide artist wherever he goes, even if he is in a hospital. Well, that is what happened and the way he reacted to it was the best thing. He was so polite to everyone.
