Authorities in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica has allegedly refused to issue a permit for dancehall artiste Tommy Lee Sparta to perform at a party in the said parish.
A press release that was sent to us here at dancehallreggaeworld.com reads: "Due to circumstances beyond our control CS productions would like to apologize and inform our patrons that "TOMMY LEE" will not be performing because the authorities are not granting a permit with him on the show, however "SOAKED" must go on so we have the 'the girls dem sugar' "BEENIE MAN" to entertain you, same hot sound, same hot disc jocks, after all its SOAKED let's do this!!!!!! Plz, share....."
