Tommy Lee’s new trial date announced
The trial of popular dancehall entertainer Tommy Lee has been postponed until October 13. Tommy Lee, whose real name is Leroy Russell, is charged jointly with three others in relation to lottery scamming.
The trial should have gotten underway on Monday; however, reports are that the court room where the trial was scheduled to take place was being used for another trial.
Tommy Lee is charged with possession of identity information and unlawful use of premises under the law reform fraudulent transaction, special provisions act.
Tommy Lee is booked to perform on Reggae Sumfest next week.
