The organizers of the Reggaeland Festival reviled a part of this year’s line-up. During the biggest reggae festival in Poland almost 50 bands will play on 4 stages. The show will go on for 3 days.

Shaggy who is considered to be one of the biggest reggae and dancehall stars is the headliners of 2013 Reggaeland festival. With his music Shaggy reaches people all over the world and his albums are selling copies by the millions. In European Countries and USA few of them went platinum and some even diamond. Unspoilt by all these accomplishments he stays faithful to Jamaican rhythms.

People gathered at the festival will enjoy performance of various famous artists like for example Ken Boothe - one of the most important vocalists of the rocksteady genre. Boothe was born in 1948 in Kingston, Jamaica. He is an author of many timeless hits, including "Everything I Own", "The Train Is Coming" and "Crying Over You".

European music scene will be represented at the festival by bands like The Selecter, St. Petersburg Ska-Jazz Review and Jahcoustix. The Selecter is a legend of European ska. In the 80s together with Madness and The Specials, Selecter pioneered the 2 Tone scene. Formation from Coventry, led by an energetic singer Pauline Black, combines melodic rock with punk rock, rocksteady and reggae. Russian formation St. Petersburg Ska-Jazz Review was founded in 2001 in St. Petersburg by the musicians from Spitfire - a famous Russian ska-punk band, in collaboration with
members of the Afro-Caribbean group Markscheider Kunst. In 2002 the band released a debut album. Soon after that it was joined by an American singer Jennifer Davis. On the other hand celebrating this year its tenth anniversary Jahcoustix is one of Europe's most talented reggae artists of the younger generation. His last album "Crossroads" was released in 2010 and went to the top of the Reggae Amazon Sales Chart.

One of the most important artists performing on the Reggaeland Festival soundsystem stage will be Richie Stephens. He is a double winner of the Grammy Awards. He won it with the group Soul II Soul, which appeared in the early 90s. Stephens, throughout his career moved smoothly between different musical genres: reggae, ska, dancehall and R&B. Jamaican musician showcased a few hits that reached not only U.S. but also Europe, hitting the UK Singles Chart. His most famous songs are "Legacy" and "Come Give Me Your Love".

In addition to foreign musicians Reggaeland Festival organizers revealed the names of more than 15 Polish musicians who will perform at the event. There are still many unknown names but they are to be announced in April and May.
