Rihanna goes reggae for new album 'Anti'
Rihanna has gone for a Caribbean vibe on her new album 'Anti'.
R City have revealed they teamed up with the singer for her anticipated eighth record, and it's heading down a particular route.
"We definitely contributed to Rihanna's album," Theron Thomas of the duo told the Daily Star.
"We did some cool stuff and Rihanna is a cool person, good vibes, good energy. Very talented from the Caribbean just like us - we are from St Thomas.
"We have a whole new level of respect for her and she is tuned into the Caribbean vibe this time," he added.
R City previously worked with Rihanna on her Unapologetic single 'Pour It Up'.
Meanwhile R City cracked the Top 10 with their Maroon 5 collaboration 'Locked Away', reaching number two in the UK and six in the US.
