Reggae artiste Jhikoman biography - Jhikoman is a well-known Tanzanian reggae artist. His unique singing style and lyrics have been touching people since 1994.
He's produced several albums and has performed widely in Europe and
Africa. In his latest recordings Jhikoman keeps exploring, combining
roots reggae with acoustic African sounds, using music as a tool for

Born in 1972 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania as Jhikolabwino Siza Manyika, he is third born in a family of nine - with five brothers and three sisters.
In addition to being a musician, Jhikoman is a painter, cartoonist, sculptor, and above of all a farmer! Now he is based in Bagamoyo, in the coastal region of Tanzania.
