Prodi releases 'Different Strokes'
"Different strokes for different folks" is a phrase used by many people especially our elders.
Inspired by these same words the talented and versatile Calvin Whilby, aka Prodigal Son, now also known as Prodi, has released a new motivational reggae track titled Different Strokes from his album Kingston City, Perfectly Imperfect.
The velocity of this song has been prodigious, creating quite a stir on the airwaves on a number of radio stations worldwide. DJ Kurt Riley of Fame FM was the first to deem this song a hit with an international feel.
Inflamed by the success of his album launch held last month at the Emmanuel Apostolic Church in Kingston, Prodi is now champing at the bit and psyched-up for his upcoming shows and tours.
Now focusing on mainstream music, liquidating all borders and boundaries around his musical career, Prodi has added six albums to his prestigious musical acclaim, which has earned him numerous national and international awards. Taking a plunge into the business industry, Prodi is now the CEO of a record company named Radikal Yawd Music.
This year has been a booming one for the entertainer so far, and he is foreseeing an even greater success as his album hits the stores both locally and internationally.
