Popular passa passa street dance mother Madusa is dead, She died on September 5, 2013 of natural cause.


The name Madusa was given to her by the selectors of Swatch International Sound System at the popular street party "PASSA PASSA which used to be held in Tivoli Gardens, in down town Kingston, Jamaica.

Big up to medusa, real dancehall mumma!! Never get the chance to meet her, but I must say she is the 'face of passa passa!!'.. She had made a great n energetic contribution to the dancehall, by entertaining patrons n also tourists!!.. She is irreplaceable n unforgettable!!! May her body and soul rest in paradise!!!! #loved n miss by all!!!!
