In an interview with Kwame B on Di Wu Lane Mu on Kasapa 102.3FM he said he was motivated by inspirational songs of the reggae legend Bob Marley.

“Songs from Bob Marley and other reggae artistes influenced me to do Dancehall music in Ghana. My style of music is rap and sing which is called ‘ragga’.”

Faya, a member of Shatta Movement Family is set to release his latest single titled ‘Budu Budu Budu’ which he said translates to a ‘A lady shaking her big boobs’.

He also revealed on the show that the name ‘Vybrant Faya’ was given to him by radio presenter, Mr. Logic.
