After just one week at the top of of the Hot 100, The Weeknd and his song “Can’t Feel My Face” stepped aside to allow OMI and his breakout smash “Cheerleader” to reclaim the throne.
According to Forbes, the Jamaican reggae artist’s ascension gives him a fifth frame at the top of the charts.
Billboard points out that, by returning to the number one position and collecting a fifth week, OMI now has the longest-running number one for a solo male in over two decades.
