Off-di-Press Touted Next Breakthrough Project


Off-di-press “riddim” is the hot, new and trending dancehall instrumental produced by RME Musiq and Time Unit Music. The high-energy juggling, features nine artistes including: the high riding, Chi Ching Ching, “Bad From me Born” deejay, Munga Honorable, former Gaza leading lady, Lisa Hyper and Bounty Killer prote`ge`, Flexxx "in the complex" among others.


Andre “DreHype” Williams, a revered former Cultural and Entertainment Affairs chairman at the University of the West Indies,” spearheads R.M.E Musiq. He confirmed that Off-di-press would be available for digital download, on iTunes and other music stores later this month, just in time for the yuletide season.

“This is just a groundbreaker with a solid effort, a talented bunch of artistes have chosen to record for this project, that we have been honing for a while now,” says Dre Hype.

He continued, “The reception from the public is just a joy. We are receiving overwhelming support in the streets. Local sessions and clubs are embracing Off-di-press, as well as the radio airwaves. Just to mention a few: Ghana Y107.9FM, Boston87.7FM Notorious VOG, ZJ Elektra ZIP FM, DJ Sanjay FAME FM, Irie FM’s Cashflow Neil, DJ Jimmy Que, on NEwstalk93FM and many more, have fully endorsed the efforts of myself and partner on this project, Neutron.”

“We are immensely pleased with being touted as the new underground riddim, set to break into the mainstream,” says Neutron. Who is a talented music composer, also dabbling in performing and the mastermind behind Time Unit Music. This label has been the imprint behind riddims such as ‘Money Chiss’, ‘Wild Breed’ and ‘Holiday.”
