No Staging Of 2016 Sting - Lack Of Headline Acts?
There will NOT be a STING 2016 this year according to event promoters Isaiah Laing and Junior "Heavy D" Fraser. This was made in an interview with Winford Williams. According to the duo, it's not a money problem.
However, as Junior "Heavy D" Fraser explained, for the last 3 years the real problem has been the lack of headline performers...
When asked the question: "Is it that the hot artistes are not interested?", Heavy D stated that the so-called 'hot artistes' always give trouble... And according to Laing these 'nowadays hot artiste' simply cannot pull a crowd. He said Kartel is the only artiste who could bring the crowd...no one else can.
Come December 26, 2016, Laing will take time out to award those persons who have supported the brand over the years and next they take aim at taking STING to world.
