King Tappa Proves ‘It’s Real’ With Buzzing Single


New Jersey-based reggae/dancehall singer, King Tappa goes all out to show his female fans ‘It’s Real’ with a heartfelt music video for the recently-released love song which details the legitimacy of a man’s feelings and emotions towards the one he loves.


Armed with strong backing instrumentals while highlighting the curvaceous looks and bubbly nature of the lead lady, the video for It’s Real sees King Tappa go all out to prove his worth and assure his woman that everything he has done for her is because he loves her.

“When I put that ring on your finger girl, I meant it, I don’t care what they think about it, loving you from the start, I felt it, deep in my heart girl, I held it,” King Tappa passionately sings as he delivers a convincing vocal performance and message centered on love, togetherness and unquestioned loyalty. Those words, as well as the evident chemistry on display between the two make for great visuals that committed couples everywhere can relate to while watching.

The video for the song was unveiled via King Tappa’s self-titled YouTube channel on April 22, 2016 racking up over 5,000 views since its release. The artist was signed to a Marketing & Global Distribution Deal this year to Falu Enterprises / Elique Media Group distributed exclusively via INgrooves Global Network. The single among his future singles will be available across 230 Global retailers & Radio streaming stations worldwide!

Born in the Caribbean island of Dominica, King Tappa has been involved with music since age 14 when he started singing and freestyling. He has performed alongside the likes of acclaimed reggae artists such as Gyptian, Tanya Stephens and Da’Ville and albums such as When I Work to his credit. In addition to his musical contributions, King Tappa is also the president of Project Book Bag, an initiative designed to assist students in Dominica by making meaningful contributions of school supplies on a yearly basis.
