International Producer Tuchpoint in Jamaica Promoting Clarendon Riddim


Acclaimed international producer/artiste Tuchpoint is currently on the island promoting one of his newest productions, the Clarendon Riddim.


The riddim features some of Jamaica’s finest artistes, including I Octane, ZJ Liquid, Versatile, Teff, Chi Ching Ching and Tuchpoint himself.

“I must say that I am very pleased with the end result of my hard work. The songs on this riddim have been going on really good and have been ripping up the airwaves.” shared Tuchpoint

He adds “The riddim is upbeat and full a vibes so I reached out to some artistes that I know would deliver and everyone one of the artistes did.”

While on the island Tuchpoint will be doing a series of interviews at some of Jamaica’s top radio stations and TV stations. He is working closely with M.I.A.

Production who is officially responsible for the Jamaica leg of promotion.

“Look out for Tuchpoint, Listen up for Tuchpoint. I will be in the streets turning up the promotion, and some of Jamaica’s top radio and TV stations. Want to say big up to the whole M.I.A. Production team for doing a terrific job as well.”

When quizzed about the name choice for the riddim, Tuchpoint said that it is the love that he has for the people of Clarendon who were exceedingly generous to him when he came to Jamaica, why he chose the name.

“When I came to Jamaica one of the first times, Clarendon was one of the first places I visited and loved. The people there were so warm and friendly. It was just overall a wonderful experience for me and so I decided to name this project, “Clarendon Riddim.”

For the rest of the year, it is more work for Tuchpoint, more hit riddims, possible collaborations, more singles.

“The work never stops for me. I have a lot of things in store for 2015, the Clarendon Riddim is just one of them so just listen out for the name TuchPoint.
