Fully Top Dolla Freezes Jamaica With Ice

Raheem Williams known professionally as Fully Top Dolla is Jamaican Rapper, Singer-Songwriter and Record Producer based in Bronx, NY. He migrated to the States to live with his father at age 13 which was when he realized his Love/Passion for music, following in his father's footsteps.


Presently, Fully Top Dolla is promoting his single, 'Ice' which is produced by former Murder Inc Records member Sonny Beats- Sonny Beats is the genius behind Fat Joe's What's Luv and Ashanti's major hits, Happy and Baby among others.

When asked about he success of his single,Fully Top Dolla shared;

"OICEEEEEEE!!!! That’s what I've been hearing everywhere, its mostly positive feedback and I am thankful because we gave this project our all and to see the hard work paying of is satisfying. Everywhere I go people call me Ice Gad, Ice Lord, Ice Man, among other names like because parts of the video went viral. I plan on coming to Jamaica for a promotional run in coming months and I am looking forward to joining forces with other entertainers while I'm there"

The visuals for 'Ice' were done by ShotByFuris in California and has garnered over one million views on YouTube in a month.

While his single is building a rapid momentum, Fully Top Dolla decided to drop his official 'Loud Music On The Second Floor" EP which comes to us courtesy of Sonny Beats as well.

"I'm so thankful that I have like minded people around me because that's the only way greatness can be achieved. We already did the videos for the tracks on the EP and my fans are going to enjoy each one because the director was able to capture various parts of my personality in the visuals. The fact that there is a song for everyone makes the visuals more personal for my fans" said Fully Top Dolla.

Fully Top Dolla is known for singles such as; ' Night Till Morning' and ''Mash It Up Again', a collaboration with Junior Reid.
