Everyting irie mon! It’s the Dubai Reggae Festival


One love, one heart, let's get together and feel alright at XL Beach Club in November!


The Dubai Reggae Festival promises to be the biggest event of its kind in the region and will feature Wayne Wonder, Junior Reid and Rupee.

Jamaican reggae fusion star Wayne Wonder headlines the event at the Dubai Marina venue on November 7. His 2003 smash hit 'No Letting Go' from his 'No Holding Back' album became a breakout hit in the US and let to his contract with Atlantic Records.

Fellow Jamaican Junior Reid is also on the bill. A sometime lead vocalist for Black Uhuru, the "One Blood" and "This Is Why I'm Hot" star has collaborated with Lil Wayne and Alicia Keys, with whom he performed at the 2007 American Music Awards.

Bajan-German soca star Rupee will be joining by local talent and international DJs yet to be announced.

The event will feature three stages and a 'one-of-a-kind' customised Jamaican kitchen.

Tickets for the Dubai Reggae Festival are priced from Dhs150 and available on the Reggae Beachfest facebook site.
