DJ Rafya is a Dutch DJ from Surinamese descent from a small city in the Netherlands called Goes.

At the age of 13 he started rapping and producing music for him and his friends.

3 years later he began DJ'ig during his lunch breaks at work. Because of his natural sense of rhythm and his taste for music he soon began DJ'ing at clubs where he received good responses from the audience.

Since then DJ Rafya is a well-known DJ in his county and played at the biggest parties and shared the stage with the legendary DJ, Grandmaster Flash and the rap group The Sugar Hill Gang. Also he played at the European Championships Hiphop and is he the resident DJ of Zeeland's biggest Hiphop festival, 12 Hours Of Hiphop.

This year he released several tracks under the name " 15 Minutes Of " a 15 minutes during mix of old and new songs in different styles. You can listen to DJ Rafya's 15 Minutes Of Mixes at his Soundcloud or Hulkshare.
