Delus "PUBLIC RELATIONS" ep Slated to drop on March, 2015

Delmark 'Delus' Spence grew up in Kingston, Jamaica and has always had a passion for music.

His musical influences included musical icons such as the legendary Buju Banton, Spragga Benz, and Beres Hammond. In pursuit of his dreams, Delus hung out at the Youth Man Promotion/Black Roots Studio owned by the late, Lincoln 'Sugar' Minott. His first recording was with his brother, Konshens. The duo recorded under the name Sojah which means 'Sons of Jah'. Their first single 'Medz Pon Di Corner' for the Cashflow Records label, was number one on the Japanese charts in 2004, which afforded them the opportunity to tour in that Asian territory. The tour prompted the release of the duo's debut album titled 'Sons of Jah'.

Following the success of the album, Delus decided to pursue a solo career. In 2007, he released singles such as 'Nymphomaniac' and 'Power' on the Cashflow Records Label and 'Move' on the Rapid Fire Label. He worked on projects in that year such as remixes by D&H (Daddy & Hypa) with Tracks like 'Whatever You Like (Anything U Want)' Remix with Rapper T.I. featuring Delus & Nicole; 'Gangsta Remix' with Mavado featuring Delus & Vybz Kartel; and 'Arab Money' dubbed 'Gangsta Money' with Busta Rhymes featuring Delus.

In 2009, he promoted the singles 'Gang War', from the Exile Production Label, along with his latest videos for chart topping singles 'True Love', from Media House Production; 'She's Happy' featuring Konshens; 'Heathen Dem Nuh Like Me' from Miguel Music; and 'Loose Control' on the 'Substance Riddim' from Young Veterans Productions. Later that same year, Sojah released their sophomore album titled 'Modern Revolutions', at which time the duo went on tour in Europe to promote the album.

Through a distribution deal with Zojak World Wide in 2010, Delus released an EP titled 'My Reality'. He also completed a six week promotional tour of the United States. During that time Delus released the single and medley video for "Another Gal" which was well received by radio and fans in Jamaica and abroad.

The popularity of the single afforded him the opportunity to travel to Japan on a two week tour. In 2011 Delus was
nominated for an EME Award (Excellence in Music and Entertainment) in the category 'Most Improved Artiste'. The singer who has written songs such as 'God Alone' for College Boys; 'Sanity' for LMR (Love, Money, and Respect) Productions; 'Mek Dem Sorry' for Subkonshus Music; and 'Unruly' for Live Up Records, is just getting started.

Delus gained some new ground in 2012 and delivered creditable performances at events such as Reggae Sumfest and Sting. In that same year, he released the singles 'Get Away' produced by Warrior Music/Subkonshus Music; 'Gallis from Birth' produced by Blaqk Sheep; 'Let Me Love You' on the 'Chillax Riddim' produced by Frankie Music; 'Live My Life' featuring Konshens on the 'Mad Panamera Riddim' produced by the FE2 Music Production (ZJ Wah Wah); and 'Hussler' featuring Darrio on the 'Money up Riddim' for 12 to 12 Music.

In 2013 the artist released 'Addicted' on the 'Quarter Mile Riddim' produced by Downsound Records; 'I like her' featuring Cee Gee produced by Frankie Music on the 'Goose Bump Riddim' ; 'Bad it up' on the 'Feenin Riddim' produced by Subkonshus Music; 'Getaway' on the 'Press Gas Riddim' produced by Warriors Musick; and 'Cah Mek Badmind Win' released on the 'Slow Drop Riddim' produced by Birchill.

After his 2013 releases and his growing fan base, Delus had an equally successful year in 2014. He released singles such as 'One Life (Shell Weh)' featuring Javada and Konshens on the 'Win Riddim' produced by Arif Cooper by Freshear Productions; 'Love Hates You' produced by Brixton Music Group on the 'Desy Thing Riddim'; 'Afraid To Love Again' produced by Union World Music on the 'Four Seasons Riddim'; 'Lalala' produced by Irievibrations Productions; and 'Life Keeps On Crying' produced by Razzle Music and Subkonshus Music. These singles were just a few of which Delus performed on the Digicel Stage at Sumfest 2014 on International Night where he was well received.

He has since perfected his craft and is ready to release his EP entitled 'Public Relations' , featuring nine hit singles. Delus believes that his music should always tell a story; he further shared that he is ready to take his rightful place in the music industry.
