For Kevin Forrest aka Concrossiss growing up between Maypen and Portmore Jamaica was not a walkover and finding his talent in music was the only thing that helped him to stay away from trouble throughout his earlier years in Jamaica.

It was no surprise to Concrossiss when he won big at The 6th Akademia Awards on May 15, 2015, held in Los Angeles USA, for Best Reggae Video for his single titled “Walk Away from Trouble”, the single which has been receiving heavy rotation on local airwaves and internationally in Japan, Costa Rica, Guyana and other parts of the world, warns youth about the importance of staying away from trouble and heeding to this warning will result in a better life for all.

The video was shot in New York where the artiste is based and centers around typical encounters youths in inner cities may be plagued with but also shows the importance of being positive. On winning the prestigious award, which Alicia Keys and numerous other internationally acclaimed artistes have won, Concrossiss says he’s humbled and looks forward to also the Promotion Package valued at $100000 USD to which he has also received as a part of the win for Publicity campaigns.

Concrossiss looks to return in Late July to Jamaica to launch his” Walk away from Trouble Music Foundation “which will also feature a Funday and Concert to help to raise funds for inner-City families this foundation is also in memory of his best friend with whom he grew up with in Bucknor, Maypen and whom lost his life at an early age which was a also a wakeup call for the Artiste in inspiring positive behavior helping to mold young people into vibrant and progressive individual within society to make a brighter future for all.

The Foundation seeks to bring about Social Change and help motivate inner city youths to be the best they can. Empowerment of families and promoting, social and educational interaction to create a positive impact. The Walk Away from Trouble Music Foundation is also a major undertaking of ZaZa Communications who has partnered with the Artiste to stage the Funday & Concert slated for August 8th, 2015.
