Her vibe is refreshing, her outlook is positive, she’s versatile and her musical approach is definitely representative of that! C-Ductive is the New Female Singing Sensation, hailing from the distinguished/renowned entertainment hub, Montego Bay, St. James-Jamaica.

C-Ductive was born ‘Cecile Stephaney-Ann Clarke’ on December 18, 1976 in Barnett Bush, a small cohesive community on the outskirts of Montego Bay. "Its fair say to Music" runs through her veins; her father was a musician and singer who persistently exposed her to music of all genres, at a very early age. Needless to say, Reggae was a mainstay, as it is her roots. She paid close attention to the musical craft of some of Reggaes greatest Icons/Crooners such as Bob Marley, Dennis Brown and Beres Hammond, hence the sounds of her commanding yet rhythmic vocal expressions! Her earlier response to her musically inclination came in the form of song writing and localized performance at graduations, concerts etc. However, her professional accomplishments are more academic to date. She is an Alumna of Maldon Comprehensive High and Sam Sharpe Teacher’s College. Yes, she is a Teacher Professionally and has been for the last 18 years. C-Ductive Fast forward 2015 - C-Ductive is ready to heed to her musical calling.

In a musical genre where so many artists tend to follow the leader, C-Ductive brings a breath of fresh air as she trods her own path. Her sound is unique with variability to do mix genre and she definitely intends to show that versatility. Reggae fans will enjoy her seductive, yet socially conscious offerings, no doubt. C-Ductive has joined forces with Slingshot Records Jamaica’s producer, Orrett Neil! Her Debut Single, “Mi Nah Fight” on the Love Connection Riddim was released May 22, 2015 on the label and has been receiving Rave Reviews thus far. Her upcoming single “Don’t Turn Away” available now on the “Apprecilove Riddim” wherein C-Ductive is addressing the social despair surrounding the practice of burning bridges, individuals turning their backs on their loved ones, due to personal achievements and upward mobility. “Don’t Turn Away” is poised to propel her even further, solidifying her as a conscious, talented artist who is here to make a mark. She is one to watch! Stay tuned!
