CatEyes to release new music video for 'Me and My Weed'

Fast-rising reggae singer/songwriter Rochelle Farquharson aka CatEyes is getting ready to drop the video for her controversial hit single, 'Me and My Weed'.

The video that was directed by Shanetta Holder and Caribel Garcia will feature scenes that were filmed in Jamaica and the US.

CatEyes is very upbeat about the video and she is hoping that viewers will like it.

"It's a very good video. we've put a lot of hard work and energy into it and right now we're just finishing it up and getting it ready for release. I can't wait to see how the public reacts to it," said the artiste.

According to CatEyes the video will be released on youtube this Friday, so her fans all over the world can see it before it is released to television in Jamaica, the US and Europe.

"I plan to release the video on youtube before we go to TV with it. that way all my fans around the world will be able to see it right away, it's really much easier to release it globally that way."

Me and My Weed is currently No. 9 on the DJ Master Mix Top 40 Promo Chart in the UK.
