Born Damarah Dann-I, he is a native of Spanish Town, Jamaica to say he is uber talented is an understatement. This musician is a triple threat; his versatility is astounding he thrills audiences where ever he goes.

In 2005 most people were introduced to Dann-I as he appeared on Digicel’s Rising Stars, singing competition where he placed 5th that year with his group Que, the same year that Christopher Martin won. He and his group performed with much success locally, however, in 2007 the first member of the quartet left and by 2010 after a steady decline in members it was disbanded.

After a 1 year hiatus Dann-I embarked on his solo career under the guidance of Ronald “Sunny Spoon” Wright, former manager of I-Wayne.

With a new team in place Dann-I has since released several singles and music videos to match, including the popular cover of Ed Sheeran’s Thinking Out Loud, distributed by Vpal, the single is now available on ITunes. Other hits like Honey Lips, Uncle Come to Town and Time Nuh Wait are available on Vevo

He has participated in most of the major festivals in Jamaica, Rebel Salute, Reggae Sumfest, Sting, Jamboree and he is the recipient of the 2015 Star Award. Dann-I is now ready for the international market.
