Producer Breadback gets good international attention

Grammy nominated producer and engineer Breadback says he believes in albums as they "lastmore".

THE STAR caught up with the top-flight producer, born Richard Bramwell, at the recently concludedStar Awards, where his mentor and long-time music partner Sizzla received the honorary Lifetime Achievement Award.

Breadback told THE STAR he has been toiling in studio, working on several albums, and has also recently released his latest juggling.

"Presently, I'm doing up some albums. Natty King, Teflon, Mr Murphy, UT Ras, Louie Culture, Delly Ranx, and, of course Sizzla, for whom I have a dancehall album and a one-drop album. I'm just waiting on the right time to drop it," he said. "I released an album in 2014 with Lutan Fyah called Get Rid of the Wicked and a complete a next one with him ... so mi always a work whether at judgement yard or my home-base studio. Otherwise than studio work, I do live shows with Sizzla as his engineer."
