The General Bounty Killer

The dancehall general Bounty Killer start the year 2013 on a high after his single 'Di Gaad' hit the #1 spot on the ER (Entertainment Report) top ten chart.

Bounty had a very successful 2012 with singles such as 'Wine Fi Di General', When She Whine' feat. Kalado and 'Badmind Dem a Pree' feat. I Octane.

The general as he is now called also toured Europe in 2012 and performed on one of Europe's top reggae festival 'Reggae Splash Tour'.

He could also be crown as dancehall artiste for 2012 as he is leading in the votes on the Jamaica-star.com website for dancehall artiste of the year.

2012 could not have been better for Killer, as he was also freed of all charges which was laid against him for runnings he had with the law.

But if you know Bounty, there is always controversy around him. He had a fall out with Isaiah Lang the promoter of Sting, after he made remarks about Killer during an interview in regards to upcoming artiste Tommy Lee.

And then there was the much talked about clash between Killer and Tommy Lee after Bounty state publicly that he did not like the direction in which Tommy Lee Sparta was taking dancehall music with his Demonic Behavior.

He ended the year with scintillating performance at 'Chug It, Galli Day Bounce and GT Taylor's Christmas Extravaganza show in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.
