Boss Minion to release multiple songs, promote new artist under label

Jamaican singer, Boss Minion is ready to hit the fall season running with a trio of new singles that he insists will ignite feelings of positivity for all once they drop.

Since launching his new label, Boss Minion Entertainment earlier this year, the singer has been working hard in the studio as he builds his name both as a singer and developer of talent. One of the singles he plans to release is titled Heads of States, a song which he say ‘focuses on how the system needs to do more for the youths of today.”

Another single, dubbed Dear Mama is especially touching to him as he wrote the song as a personal ode to his mother.

“Dear Mama, is a song dedicated to my mother who passed away many years ago but it seems like yesterday to me,” he said. “The song talks about children needs to treat their parents right.”

The third song is entitled Jah Behind The Music, which simply talks about how God has given him the knowledge and wisdom to become a fixture within the music industry.

Additionally, the Trelawny-born artiste plans to showcase his newest signing under his self-titled label, Mekitz, a 25-year-old deejay from Westmoreland. According to Boss Minion, Mekitz has lots of potential.

He’s got mad talent and good insight with his lyrics,” he said. “That’s why I put him under Boss Minion Entertainment. I see great things for Boss Minion, and Mekitz in the future.”

Boss Minion is known for singles such as That’s Who I Am, Babylon vs. Rudebwoy and Nuff Man Pocket.
