Popular Zip FM's DJ and dancehall selector Wah Wa was attacked and beaten at a popular night club in Kingston, Jamaica.

Reports are that he was beaten by Dancehall artiste Aidonia and members of his entourage.

In a exclusive interview on local radio station Irie FM Wah Wa said "He was beaten because Aidonia and Friends said he was playing Vybz Kartel's songs after his (Aidonia) songs.

Wah was beaten in the parking lot and taken to hospital where he received 12 stiches and 3 injections for injuries received to his head.
