Wada Blood Shoots Video For ‘Rastafari Way’

Fresh from his overseas stint and now back in Jamaica recording a bevy of new material, Dancehall singjay Wada Blood over the weekend shot the video for his latest single ‘Rastafari Way’ produced on the Money Green Productions (MGP) label.

Despite the inclement weather currently affecting the island, that did very little in hindering the efforts of director David Sinclair executing his duties. Braving the unpredictable conditions the video was shot throughout the thoroughfares of Kingston and St. Andrew with stops in Downtown Kingston, Barbican and section of Gordon Town.

The video features cameos from several members of the camp including producer and younger sibling Joseph Reid. According to Wada the video aims to capture and exemplify the Rastafarian lifestyle and hopes fans will be pleased with the final outcome.

He further explained that the project is slated for release in approximately two weeks and will be debuted on the MGP Films imprint.

The single, his first official release since summer has been enjoying premium rotation on the local airwaves and is now available on iTunes and other digital platforms.

While expanding his versatility experimenting with new genres, Wada’s contemporary ballad ‘One and Only’ see video with brother Andrew Blood continues to show steady progress, racking up a commendable 150,000+ views via Youtube and has become a staple on the Kenyan airwaves.

Other upcoming projects include a collaboration with young brother Juju Blood.
