Unanswered...Question

I´m looking for a song, heard on friday, march, 4th in KENYA´s disco Shakatak. I just know only one sentense in this song, whitch was like that...it´s a Reggae Song - the singer was male, its a slowly song... its NOT cece winans, Maybe somebodys here knows more... i wanna be more than just a friend Thanks.
