Need help with title and artist of this reggae song

I have been searching trying to find who sang this fast reggae song with a deep bass sound, part of the lyrics is sung by a male artist 'so when i come, when i come to the drum beat sound so when i come...'

It has been played in some dance clubs around the early 90s from what i remember. Hope someone can help, thanks in advance.
