Help finding name of a song I heard?

I heard this song on a CD, that didn't have a list of the song titles. Instead, they were called "Track 1, Track 2" and so on. I've been trying to find the name of this song, but I can't seem to find it.
It's a pretty old song that's been out for a couple of years now. It's got a dancehall / reggae rhythm to it.
Whatever CD it was on, (no title) it was Track 1.
The lyrics go like:

The blanks represent the words that I could not pick out or understand. It'd be great if I could find out the name :)
