please can anybody help me out with these 2 songs? heard them on the radio today, the lyrics are:

under the fence and over the wall

2.
long time and he say he leave you girl.....
its been a loooong time a looong timeee.

(?? not to sure on the second ones lyrics, pretty sure its got 'long time' in though, pretty chill voice, nice bouncy reggae, think its a new song)
