Kingston, Jamaica - Statement from Nackesha Doyley

“This was out of my hands, I was forced to make this sudden decision due to reasons beyond my control. I am teary eyed at this moment because I didn't want to postpone the event but it was the only thing to do. ” Lamented Nackesha Doyley, CEO of The Music Industry Achievers Awards.

She Continues, “We are looking at September possibly for the new date and of course we will let you all know the new confirmed date as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused and we thank you for your understanding. In addition, we hope to see all our invited guests out supporting The Music Industry Achievers Awards for the new date once it is announced."

“I am extending an apology to all my sponsors, nominees, performers and the entire entertainment fraternity. Bear in mind that this is not a cancellation only a postponement so I expect to see you all out on the actual date.” Said Nackesha Doyley
