William Knibb Memorial High School is The Rita Marley Foundation Essay Competition Champions


The Rita Marley Foundation (Jamaica) held its 2nd annual Essay Competition Awards Ceremony on July 1. The venue, University of the West Indies Mona, Multi functional room burst at its seams as it was filled to capacity with dignitaries, educators, Ethiopian Orthodox Church clergy, media reps, high schools students and other guests. Mrs. Rita Marley was also present for the mega event.


Winners
1st place – Nastassia Grossett, William Knibb Memorial High School (Trelawny)
2nd place – Antonia Hall, York Castle High School (St. Ann)
3rd place – Shakera Duncan, York Castle High School (St. Ann)
4th place – Aldane Walters – Wolmer’s Boys’ School (Kingston)
