Tony Matterhorn "Mentally ill"

Born on March 9, 1972 in Kingston Jamaica. He said he was introduced to the music business by another selector "Wally" ofInner City Sound System and this was when he was still going to school at a tender age.

After leaving to live in New York in the 1990's, he started playing on King Addie's sound system , which was one of the Top system in those days.

This talented DJ/Selector is in a class by himself. He hardly ever loose a sound clash. He has won the World clash which is held in Montego Bay Jamaica a number of times, and guess what?. He is one of the ladies favorite selector.

I have heard and seen a number of interview with him and he always talk about his mother "Margie" and his daughter "Toni-ann".

He said that they mean the world to him and he always try to make sure that they are comfortable.

He's one of the most Feisty selector you'll ever came across. After going to Montego Bay in 2006 to perform at a party he was introduce to a dance called "Dutty Wine".

Tony Matterhorn returned home to Kingston and build a song about the dance with the same title.

This turned out to be one of his biggest hit to-date. It was closely followed by "Goodas Fi Dem", this too was a club banger and both song are still love by the ladies in the nightclubs and dancehall sessions.

He has toured all over the world from United States, Japan, United Kingdom, Europe and the Caribbean.

I asked some young ladies the other day who was there favorite entertainer and there answers was, Beenie Man and Matterhorn.
