Tifa and producer ZJ Chrome have done it again with 'No Romance Without Finance'

Both have collaborated on the single No Romance Without Finance, which is featured on the rhythm beat of the same name.


The sassy and in-your-face track was written by Tifa, who in a media release said the song should motivate men to do better.

"The story behind the song is pay up before you lay up. There are too many non-progressive men out there waiting for women to take care of them or to 'mind' them," said Tifa.

Since its premiere on FM radio, No Romance Without Finance has been enjoying great feedback. It has been in rotation on all the major radio stations locally.

The song brings back memories of classic tunes such as Gwen Guthrie's Nothing Going On But The Rent and TLC's No Scrubs, both of which tackle a similar storyline.

Tifa recently returned to the island from a performance-filled weekend in New York where she entertained fans with her growing catalogue of hits.

Over a week ago she launched her latest videos, Got It Like That and Lyrically Educated at the Fiction nightclub in Kingston. The launch was attended by a large number of fans, media and industry personnel.

Fans should stay tuned for a batch of new releases from Tifa to be unleashed over the next few weeks.
