The SEEN Festival was founded by S. Tyrone Ingram a reggae ambassador, pioneer and reggae singer, Oonka Symeon and former member of The United States National Boxing Team and 1988 Olympic Alternate.

To promote more local grassroots reggae music , artist, bands, venues and events and West Indian and Caribbean Culture, Art and foods to the American public.
