Singing D gets good response 'Because of Guns'

Reggae singer singing D is all smiles as his anti-violence single, 'Because Of The Guns', continues to enjoy strong airplay locally and abroad.

"I have to give thanks for the support my song is getting. It's very good to see that the DJs are willing to play conscious music. I am very thankful to all of them for their support," said the artiste.

On his recent visit to Jamaica, Singing D took time out of his hectic schedule to do some serious work in the studios.

"While I was in Jamaica, I did a lot of work in the studios. I re-recorded a couple of my previously released songs. I also recorded some new tracks that will be featured on my debut album, one of them is a collaboration with Colah Colah."

Since returning to New York, singing D, also is a professional mechanic, has been busy promoting his music in New York as well as working on new tracks.

"You know, when I'm in New York the pace is different, everything is different, but I have to keep my music career going just the same. Since I've been back, I have been doing a lot of promotional work and I have recorded a couple new songs too," he said.
