Birth Place: Buff Bay Portland
Birth Date: 22nd July 1983:
Schools attended: Bradford Prep, Buff Bay S.D.A. Academy, Buff Bay Primary and Titchfield High.
How did I get started:
My sister was always playing tapes with Beenie Man and Bounty killer before the tapes where in stores, so I always memorize the songs and when I went to school I would perform them for my class and they always thought the songs where mine and by the time the songs where air-played I had my own versions of them (1992-1996),so I went on to High school with the reputation of been an Entertainer ,everybody who knew me, rated me as a juvenile DJ ,so I obtain popularity by the time I was in second form, with the name Fila Man from Fila Crew, I then decided to create a Crew called, Girls Man Crew(GMC),being already popular the students caught on to the name quickly. By the ending of 3rd form the Teachers and Principal wanted to know us. The next year they staged a track and field fun raising event where myself Jocko and Cash, performed and lock down the place with school boy type of lyrics. Though we were popular as DJ’s in class this was our first time performing on stage. We did about three more shows at School and gained more popularity, both at school and on the road. It was a feeling that I loved that even when the final concert for the year was coming up my father past away the night before, regardless of the situation, I went and performed and lock the place. So by 5th Form my Crew became the number 1 entertainment School Crew in East Portland. Because of my determination and the ratings I got from students, when I finished High School I had to continue entertaining.(to write songs was like an addiction)(1995-2000).
Most memorable moment:
actually seen my first daughter Alyssa been born. Role models in the biz: Spragga Benz, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer.
Favorite artist:
Lady Saw, Tanya Stevens, and the above names I mentioned Favorite food: Veggie Chunks and Rice and Peas with Vegetables.

Where do I see my self in 5yrs:
SAMOKE becoming a veteran name in the business and collecting a few Awards . Music accomplishments: I have been recording from 2001 single like Role Out, Kick Back, Hey Yow, Lock Down, Under High Grade, Heat is On, Dollar Sign, Fake Friends and My Wife and the all got Overseas and local air play on (Hot97 by Jagga B & 93.5 Nicky & Daddy Blue and by Squeeze also on Royal Radio, hype radio, ghetto link live internet.) Interviews on CTV &RE TV, also perform at New York in 2002, at Baby Cham return show after he took the break 2001, the show featured ( Tonto Metro & Devonte, Frankie Sly, and Wayne Wonder), I also perform at the Apollo (NY) opening a show for Mad Andrew & Lady Saw, I had Music Videos like(Lock Dung, Kick Back & Ivan) rotating on {HYPE TV, MUSIC & CVM,TVJ & RE TV}, I also did the punch line of the 2005-2006 Red Label Wine advertisement and in 2008 I made my own recording studio at my house in Buff Bay Portland.
Projects working on:
ALBUM with a minimum of 15songs ALSO Music Video for a new track call {My Wife} on the Fans House & Rainbow Castle Productions), and {Fake Friends} I am also producing my own tracks to start my own production {NATNICE FAMILY pro} a.k.a {NATNETTIC pro} writing a movie called (IN THE STREETS) and also directing and editing music videos under NatNice Family Pro . Production Teams working with: Fans House, Main Source, Rainbow Castle, Shocking Vibes, Double Lion, Hyperactive ent; Rude like that ent;, and Street dreams records etc. School accomplishments:
I played DaCosta Cup for Titchfield High, got two C.X.C. passes and 1 O’Level, I also have TWO Certificate in Computer Graphics from the Edna Manley School of Visual and Performing Arts.
What would I tell a child who wants to become a ARTISTE: Make sure you stay in school and get an education, if it is even the skill of reading
