Saba Tooth's new singles The Revolution Is Right Now, Blood Of Jah People getting heavy rotation


Reggae-dancehall firebrand, Saba Tooth, has been generating a lot of attention in the reggae industry with his latest album, the brash, inventive The Revolution is Right Now.

The album, the deejay's fifth, has spawned singles such as the title track, The Revolution Is Right Now, Blood Of Jah People, and Hold The Faith.

The singles have been getting airplay on IRIE FM, ZIP, Hitz, Bess, HOT 102, Mello FM, and RJR.

"I just want to give thanks for the maximum support from the disc jockeys, and I want to thank them for their support to make the revolution possible," he said.

Saba Tooth recently released a video for The Revolution Is Right Now and the video is getting steady rotation on several video channels.

"The reaction has been beautiful so far and the content of the song is hitting out against violence. We need a change in our society and the world. We need an end to gun violence, violence against the weak and oppressed, and against females," Saba Tooth, whose real name is Simeon Richards, said.

The album is now available on iTunes.The video was released on YouTube last week.

He recently performed at shows such as 'Powerful Women and Men for Charity' and a stage show dubbed 'It's All About Us' in Cedar Valley, St Thomas. He also performed last year at Studio 38 alongside George Nooks and Bounty Killer.He is booked to appear on a show on February 14 in Cedar Valley.
